Visions n’ Vino Policies

 

We’re thrilled to welcome you to a Visions n’ Vino experience! Whether you're joining us for a public event, hosting a private gathering at home, or planning a corporate workshop, the following policies ensure a safe, fun, and inspiring experience for all.

 

🍷 BYOB Policy (All Events)

  • You’re welcome to bring your own beverages—beer, wine, or non-alcoholic drinks.

  • No hard alcohol allowed—no exceptions.

  • Guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ and bring valid ID.

  • We provide plastic cups and wine openers for your convenience.

👥 Age Requirements

  • Evening events starting after 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri) or after 4:00 PM (Sat–Sun) are for guests 18 and older.

  • For private events, age restrictions may be discussed during booking, depending on the nature of the group and setting.

📝 Pre-Registration (Public Events)

  • Pre-registration is required for all public events.

  • Payment is due at the time of registration to reserve your seat.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once you’re successfully registered.

🕒 Arrival Time

  • Please arrive 30 minutes early to park, check in, and get settled.

  • Sessions begin promptly at the posted start time.

🪑 Seating Requests (Public Events)

  • Coming with friends but registering separately? Leave a note or call us at 248-275-4374 with your group details.

  • We’ll do our best to seat you together if informed in advance. Day-of requests may not be guaranteed.

💸 Cancellation & Refunds

  • Refunds or credits follow the cancellation terms provided on the registration site.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Groups of 5+ may have special cancellation terms—please inquire.

  • If Visions n’ Vino must cancel, we’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance and issue a full refund.

🏡 Private Home Gatherings

 

Want to bring Visions n’ Vino to your space? We’re happy to work with you to create a memorable and meaningful experience.

 

Booking & Payment:

  • A deposit is required to hold your date and goes toward your total balance.

  • Final headcount and payment are due 7 days before the event.

 

Space Requirements:

  • Adequate table space and seating are needed for all guests.

  • We’ll bring all the creative materials and supplies.

 

Host Responsibilities:

  • You’re welcome to provide snacks and drinks for guests.

  • If alcohol is served, you are responsible for ensuring guests comply with local laws.

 

Cancellations:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled at least 14 days in advance.

🏢 Corporate & Team-Building Events

 

Let’s spark creativity and alignment at your next company retreat or staff event!

 

Booking & Customization:

  • Sessions can be tailored for individual goal-setting or collaborative team vision boards.

  • A discovery call will confirm goals, format, and location needs.

 

Invoicing & Payment:

  • A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm your booking.

  • Remaining balance is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

On-Site Needs:

  • We’ll coordinate setup needs in advance (tables, projection, etc.).

  • For virtual options, we’ll provide a supply list or ship kits in advance.

 

Cancellations:

  • Corporate events canceled less than 10 business days prior to the event may incur a fee.
